  Voluntary Redeployment during C19 Pandemic to support local pandemic response. C19 Digital Programme Coordinator role was specfically focused around Leicester City Council responsible rapid testing capacity. The NHS testing capacity included long lead times, slow/low quality data around positive cases. The parallel system led and run by local authorities was first piloted in Leicester due to its particularly difficult experience of the pandemic. I managed the creation and maintainence of a secure local rapid (LFD) Tesing and Contact tracing system in parallel to the NHS T&T platform which;-Reduced average lead time of contact tracing from days to hours within a positive test-Abilty to process '00000s of tests including and adjusted for special events such as FA Cup Final COVID testing-Enabled local specific data collection (around employment, ethinicity and key risk indicators), and constant UX adjustments to ensure no backlog at any of the 7+ testing sites.
