Lead a team of test managers, test engineers, debug engineers, technician and etc. Responsible for manufacturing test equipment, test process and product FA/repair, NPI and MP phase. Product involve are: Microsoft Xbox one tester fabrication, game controller, lips, argon board, Monaco, Mouse, Nike flue band, Microsoft band etc. 2. Manage daily operation and coach team to get KPI target: E-E first pass yield, NDF, repair success rate, scrap rate, debug inventory, test down time, tester on time delivery, importation and exportation, GR&R, calibration etc.3. Provide on line support and management for customer /tester designer /tester fabricator /production team.Coodinate among Customer,Supplier and Flextronics to achieve customer requirement and project target. 4. Drive in resolving test quality and systems related issues, implement DFT to optimize test coverage, test cycle time, test yield.5. Manage suppliers in tester preparation and readiness for manufacturing qualification, verify/audit test systems BOM, manufacturing test procedures and operations manual for overall manufacturing test system.Lean Operation area:1. Team leader of lean campaign (2011 accessories operation, 2012 Xbox 360 operation).2. Operation optimizing, develop and control capacity planning, capacity utilization, line balance study, process optimizing, downtime, End to End yield, delivery, MRP process ad inventory control, etc. Improve customer satisfaction while maximizing operation profitability. Lean projects preparation and daily follow up for final lean KPI /target sheet.3. KPO training management, and LMT (lean maturity tracker) support;4.
