  Previously employed as the School Support Coordinator with the My Career Insights team at CEAV, my primary role was to facilitate engagement with Morrisby profiling in Victorian Government schools. I worked primarily with schools and students facing barriers to engagement due to many factors. I also assisted with content writing, curriculum mapping and reviews for careers projects for CEAV/ACCE and assessed for the CEAV Institute. In my role I gained unique insight into all Victorian Government secondary schools, in particular in terms of their capacity and enthusiasm for careers education. I utilised my high level negotiating skills to positively influence skeptical, disengaged and underperforming stakeholders. 15 schools in my portfolio improved their engagement by 125% over 12 months, translating to 549 students actively participating in their careers education by completing a Morrisby profile and interview. CEAV delivers Morrisby profiling on behalf of the Victorian Government Department of Education and Training through My Career Insights. Morrisby profiling provides career diagnostic assessments followed by a one-to-one career guidance session with a qualified career councillor. I host guests in a two bedroom apartment on our farm, a 30 acre property just 15 minutes out of Bendigo CBD. Guests enjoy a sense of peace and serenity with the surrounding bush and hills, while only being a stones throw away from all the favorite amenities in town. Spend time walking the creek, playing with our resident baby animals or patting the horses and donkeys. The private two bedroom unit offers sleeping for up to 7 people, which has been enjoyed by families and groups of friends.
