Front of House - Senior Waitress

Began as a weekend job in a junior waitressing role during my GCSE and A-Level studies, but now is a holiday job between university terms, consisting of roughly 3-5 shifts a week. I am now in a senior waitressing role, and often help to train new junior waitresses. Responsibilities include smooth running of the front of house, often with myself as the sole waitress which has increased my ability to work under pressure, and the daily planning and scheduling of table reservations and larger functions to maximise business. I also have had to work flexibly and adapt to new management and style after the business underwent a change of ownership in November 2018. Show less
