      Responsible for the management of 17 counties from Telekom Romania Real Estate portfolio ( West and South Part of Romania ) managing over than 300 lease contracts including PROFI ROM FOOD, Banca Transilvania, BRD, CEC Bank, Medicover, Nextgen ( intercompany );- Cooperation with Telekom departments when signing new lease contracts or addendums: Heritage and development, Facility management, Anti Money Laundring , Credit Risk and Legal;– Direct client interaction negotiating, drafting and signing all the addendums for the prolongation of the outdated lease agreements in the allocated region (clauses, rent value, break options, lease period, utility recharge etc.) and manage efficiently the relationship with the clients;- Monitor and perform regular updates to existing customer contracts, in order to ensure both their accuracy and the timeliness of contractual billing activities;- Ensure all contracts, addendums & other legal documents are set up in Horizon according to the current applicable processes, accurately and in a timely manner;- Perform billing activities for clients rent, utilities, penalties or after winning the lawsuits filed as a result of the legal files. In order to ensure Telekom Real Estate customers’ invoicing is done timely, accurately and as agreed contractually;–Manage debit recovery flow as an interface in the relationship with the Legal Department and help with juridical issues of the contract. with transaction contracts, drawing up agreements for rate plans, notifications, etc;- Coordinate, monitor and assign tasks weekly for the Regional Team.
