  Starting from July, 2020 during COVID-19 period 'রেনেসাঁ - Renaissance' is basically an online shop for bookmarks and other interesting art stuffs. We have continued our online business till December, 2020. After that, both our Facebook page and group got hacked and it was a halt to our business. And, also because of a lot of pressure of studies and stuffs, we paused our business and it kind of stopped. But we haven't ended it totally. We still have our Instagram account and have plans to reopening it in the near future in the best possible way. All that it needs is your well wishes and prayers. We are waiting for orders in a huge lot which will help us overcome the tragedies of the past and start the business again in full throttle. So, stay connected with us.   In charge of the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Unit and supervisor of the operators and labors working there. Mainly in charge of controlling and checking the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system and Water Treatment Plant (WTP).Duties and Responsibilities:-- Supervise routine maintenance and repair of pharmaceutical machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency.- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maintaining production schedules.- Manage inventory of spare parts for critical machinery, optimizing stock levels to prevent operational disruptions.- Ensure calibration to be performed timely.- Maintain comprehensive logbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all machinery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in maintenance processes and equipment reliability.- Conduct training sessions for staff on machinery operation and safety protocols, enhancing workplace safety and performance.- Implement preventive maintenance schedules, reducing equipment failures and extending machinery lifespan.- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.- If any calibrated item needs to be replaced, notify Supervisor and Qualification and Validation Department.
