As a part of the central corporate team, I am responsible to develop and recruit franchisee network for exclusive Recruitment and training centers across India. As the central Operations Head, I am responsible to set up the training facility, recruit, train and function the employees, training the trainers, marketing and media plans, day to day business operations, certifications, examinations and students management.
