  Main Responsibility: In my organization basic work to provide technical support at client sites.• Resolved system issues and outages within SLAs, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills. Ask target questions to diagnose the problem.• Technical assistance for application support, hardware and software troubleshooting.• Perform system evaluate, test and integrate upgrades to operating systems and handle L1 and L2 troubleshooting.• Install, setup, and configure Microsoft Office, Outlook, Antivirus software.• Provide remote support through Microsoft Team, Team Viewers and Any Desk.• Good understanding of Active Directory (AD), domains joining and resetting passwords.• Onboarding and offboarding of the users.• Good understanding of DNS and DHCP.• Good understanding of the Hyper-V• Good understanding of network sharing and permissions.• Good understanding of ITSM, ITAM and ERA Desk Tools. • Install network printers and perform troubleshooting.• Perform daily check for alerts of the network devices and coordinate with vender for troubleshoot if required.• Perform IOS upgradation on catalyst switches.• Check the feasibility for new project setup and configuration of devices (switches and servers) as per requirement.• Managing the Data Center operation and devices inventory.• Installation of Windows server and basic configuration on server. (2012 R2, 2016, 2019 and 2022)• Troubleshooting server level hardware related issues and replacing the faulty hardware parts, fetch log reports and raise RMAs against faulty parts (Dell, HP and CISCO).• Configure IDRAC/ILO/CIMC and NIC teaming.• Configure RAID controller levels 0,1,5,6, and 10.• Manage inventory of spare and faulty parts.• Updates server firmware and upgrade BIOS according to OEM standards.• Monitor the daily health status of the server both physically and remotely.
