Responsible for managing a team of 150 staff delivering an annual turnover of $180m across 30 projects, reporting into the Director, Projects. Responsible for the management of 60 project management, design and engineering staff delivering an annual turnover of $100m across 14 projects, reporting into the Project Director. Responsible for the joint development of the business case for the Nunawading Grade Separation project with VicRoads and evolved into building and managing the MTM team to deliver the project.
