  Responsibilities inside Company:For Drilling & Workover activities1-Acting as Field HSE Drilling & Workover Supervisor at Agiba Western Desert Fields carrying out the duties below:1.1. Liaise with Agiba Western Desert Field HSE General Manager, with special focus on Drilling, Workover Rigs & Pulling Units activities.1.2. HSE Supervision of Drilling, Workover Rigs & Pulling Units activities.1.3. Perform periodical HSE audits / inspections at the Drilling, Workover Rigs & Pulling Units.1.4. Perform of “HSE Acceptance” of new rigs coming to the field and/or for the Drilling Rigs before spud-in a new well.1.5. Issue of Corrective / Preventive Actions Requests as raised during the audits / inspections performed at the Rigs / Pulling Units1.6. Follow-up the implementation of the Corrective / Preventive Actions Requests issued and submitted to Rigs / Pulling Units.1.7. Follow-up the compliance of the Drilling / Workover Rigs and Pulling Units against the 3rd party equipment inspection as per Company & International Standards.1.8. Manage and review of the incidents occurring at the field, with special focus on incidents occurring at Drilling, Workover Rigs and Pulling Units.1.9. Participate in the investigation of the significant incidents occurring at the Rigs, Pulling Units and in other locations of the field as directed by the Field HSE General Manager.1.10. Prepare the final investigation reports for the significant incidents.1.11. Prepare for and participate in the periodical Contractors meetings held at the field.1.12.
