  A Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trials to ensure that they are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and the study protocol. They work closely with clinical trial sites to oversee the progress of the study, verify data accuracy, and ensure the safety and rights of study participants. CRAs conduct site visits, review and verify case report forms (CRFs), and ensure that the trial is conducted ethically and efficiently.
