The complex also has 6000 sq.m park, dry fountain, kids area and etc.My job is to make research for different building materials, draw details for the architectural -construction process, draw specific interior changes in apartaments ,supervise at the construction process, Control over buidling time, meetings with clients for apartaments and etc.

  After the success of the first Residential Project Varna City Park, the Investor decided to continue working on new complex called Varna City Park South. The new complex is also closed type, situated in 26000 sq.m park with mineral pool. There are 2, 3 and even 4 room apartments with a great Sea view and view to the park.
