Performed Competitive analysis and Marketplace management for these E-commerce brands to help them stand out in the market. Managed communication between client and marketing team to successfully run marketing campaigns for a lifestyle brand which led to an overall sales of around 60 lakhs+ in a month.How does this help me in product design? Well, this role helped me understand how to work with Business metrics and how to define the correct KPIs. My mentor Ankit Kejriwal, was really helpful and approachable. I got to learn a lot of things from him and from my other colleagues as well.
