Educator and clinical instructor to senior and junior clinicians, medical students as nursing staff.3. Developing and implementing departmental protocols and clinical guidelines relating to critical care and resuscitation. 收回 As an associate consultant, my job scope revolves around 3 main areas: clinical work, where I see and manage patients in the emergency department, and supervise a team of other emergency clinicians; education, where I am the Director of Medical Officer Education, and design and plan the postgraduate education curriculum for the emergency clinicians in the department as well as educate medical students, nurses, and fellow junior and senior doctors; and employee engagement, where I am the Chair of the Staff Wellness committee in the department. 收回

  I teach both basic and clinical sciences to medical students of all phases of undergraduate medical education. I engage in both small and large group teaching. Platforms used include tutorials, lectures, simulations as well as bedside teaching. I was honoured to have been awarded the Junior Doctor Teaching Award in 2015.
