  In this NGO, I led a team in implementing various projects specifically such as Aluminium fabricator, Welding stations, and quality assurance practices. Furthermore, the aim was to increase knowledge of best mechanical practices in rural areas. This is to help the development of rural areas. This experience helped me greatly in understanding certain concepts but more importantly helped my communication skills.
