  • Payroll System Transition: Successfully adapted the entity’s payroll processes to integrate with a new internal system seamlessly.• Payroll Management: Managed the end-to-end payroll cycle for over 1300 employees. Responsibilities included calculating variable payroll components. Coordinated mid-month bonuses for all employees.• Employee Benefits and Rewards: Oversee end-of-service rewards for employees. Coordinated internal pension plan administration and liaised with insurance providers for life and disability coverage. Ensured seamless communication with brokers and facilitated enrollment for new employees. • Front Office and HR Targets: Served as the front office for employee inquiries related to compensation. • Initiative Alignment and Community Contribution: Established connections between our joint venture entity. Through spearheaded SCCT’s alignment with global Maersk initiatives, serving as the focal point for the first-ever MAERSK global Hackathon, Terminal Talks, Cookie Tin Competition, and RISE. • Excel Modules for Payroll Optimization: Developed internal Excel models to enhance the payroll cycle: calculated employees’ monthly taxes in compliance with the 2020–2024 tax laws. Created a flexible worker salary calculator. Designed a mid-month bonus calculation sheet. Created an Excel calculator to Manage pension contributions for all subscribed employees 2018-2024. • Process Improvement: As the focal point for WOW (Ways of Working), it was pivotal role in implementing an efficient operating system. Achieved the 2021- 2023 target score by enhancing processes in five key areas: standard work, people and skills, process design and management, improvement management, and performance management. • HR Budget Management: Developed and managed the HR budget for 2020 and 2021. Participated in a leadership development program, ultimately resulted in developing my skills. Over three years, my responsibilities encompassed the following areas:• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepared monthly closing financial statements, including Profit and Loss (P&L), Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), and Off-Balance Sheet. Uploaded these statements to OneStream for accurate financial tracking.• Variance Analysis: Conducted month-end variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual results, Rolling Forecast (ROFO), and target figures. This involved Quality Control, Flash Reports, and Terminal Performance Reviews.• CAPEX Management: Monitored monthly CAPEX spending and tracked cash flow from investments. Ensured proper approval for capital expenditures. Prepared and uploaded ROFO and target figures to OneStream, which the estimated depreciation expenses for assets purchasing plan.
