Duties included admitting patients, order investigations, provide inpatient and outpatient treatment, discharging patients, counseling patients, and their relatives, manage emergency wards, conduct labor, suturing, wound dressing, establishing IV lines, intubating, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and participate in programs on polio and tuberculosis. Observed how to identify and manage pediatric psychiatric cases ranging from eating disorders and autism to substance abuse.
