The role of a Regional Consultant (RC) entailed supporting Vistage CEO Group Leaders (Vistage Chairs) in a number of ways. Mostly, I helped them to form, fill and maintain their CEO peer advisory groups. You can think of one of these groups as a professionally facilitated CEO Round-table, Mastermind Group or Think Tank.My mission as a Regional Consultant was to be an invaluable resource to the Vistage Chair and member candidate communities. To help Chairs keep their groups full and thriving and to help potential members find a group that was a great fit.I am so grateful to have worked with Vistage and genuinely loved what I did because of the positive impact that Vistage has on communities around the world.
