  Adam Rieck has over a decade of professional experience in complex commercial transactions within the club, hospitality, and leisure industry and in advising financial institutions, asset managers, and private equity clients in fiduciary matters, regulatory compliance, fund structuring, and operations.Club, Hospitality, & LeisureAdam expertly navigates club and hospitality business transitions. Additionally, he advises clubs and resorts, their third-party operators, owner/developers, and private equity funds on day to day business requirements of their investments. In a similar vein, but with more creative license applied, Adam assists family offices and private equity funds and their respective sponsors, managers, and investment advisors throughout the lifecycle of the funds and of the office itself.Adam is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame.
