  Responsible for supporting the functioning of the department's activities in ensuring the operation administrative management and monitoring process, starting from fulfillment of cooperation contracts, compliance with laws and regulations from the Government and International, and other operational support activities can run well and smoothly. Including processing verification, evaluation, and analysis of operational data from the utilization of coal shipping equipment facilities managed by the Company (floating crane, tug & barge, bulldozer, jetty, and loading support), budget & cost control, as well as reports to be able to provide recommendations for improvements to operations so that ongoing efforts remain within the target corridor set by the Company.
