  I retired from military service as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2017 having served significant time throughout North America, Europe, Southwest and East Asia in various airborne and ground command and control operations and staff assignments. My last position was Deputy Chief, Command and Control Capabilities and Integration Division where I presided over the $2.5B Pacific Air Forces command and control and cyber portfolio supporting 4,000 personnel geographically dispersed over 50% of the globe. Among many other successes, I authored and implemented the Pacific Air Forces command and control and communications strategy delivering $250M in command and control and cyber resiliency projects for 46,000 personnel earning the 60th ‘Honolulu-Pacific Federal Executive Board Excellence in Federal Government’ Award.   Directs strategy, capture, budget, staffing, and execution for Air Combat Command (ACC) portfolio; provides leadership to ACC and MITRE National Security Air and Space Forces Center for Long Range Kill Chain sensing, sense making, battle management and command and control (C2), communications, weapons, and platforms. Directs strategy, capture, budget, staffing, and portfolio execution for Headquarters Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) and ACC portfolio; provides leadership to over 80 personnel and delivers numerous products in support of command and control, communications, logistics, analysis, modeling, simulation, and digital engineering. Lead systems engineer to several C2 and communications architecture design tasks in support of PACAF operations and provided subject matter expertise in the development of the Agile Combat Employment Concept.
