      As superintendent I managed all facets of golf course and grounds maintenance including all course improvement projects. I directly supervised a crew of twelve full- and part-time employees and made all purchasing decisions. As Operations Manager I was responsible for maintaining open communications between the pro shop staff and restaurant staff. I helped plan and run all golf outings and special events and was responsible for maintaining their web-site which was used to disseminate information to the public as well as for marketing and advertising. I assisted with the creation and distribution of all marketing material, including direct mailing, used to promote the restaurant and golf course. I helped the food and beverage manager and head golf professional make purchasing and personnel decisions.
