  As a Part-Time Cast member, there are many roles that I serve. In general, this position is all about serving the community, and providing customers with an exceptional viewing experience. To this point, I have been trained in all facets of the position, including on concession, floor, and in stock. I have also been entrusted with the roles of closing usher, floor leader and concession supervisor. As Cash Administrator, I was entrusted with the balancing and upkeep of a safe worth up to $20 thousand in content. Every night I would collect tills, correct overages, and deposit all cash taken in by the theatre over the course of a given business day. I also performed nightly audits and kept track of all refunds and swaps that occurred both in the theatre and online through cineplex.com. At the time of hire I was the youngest cast member to maintain the position.

  Camera Operator Videoconference (QMBA)

  At Smith, my role was to record lectures for the Queen's School of Business. This was done during the first Covid-19 shutdown where the majority of post-secondary classes were conducted online. I was expected to arrive early and start up the individual rooms to the Queen's Videoconference standards. I then would record one or two lectures a day using the Canon AX15, utilizing zooms, tilts and pans to capture the lecture in real-time for a live audience.

  Stream Support Technician

  As Stream Support Technician I take on many roles. My primary responsibility is to the edit and export of video files produced by the recorded lectures of the Smith School of Business. Daily, I perform edits upon multiple class recordings, with the expectation that they be completed and uploaded to their proper class portal within 24 hours. At Smith I also serve as an assistant to the Videoconference center, where I perform daily tasks in aid of the installation of an improved VCS Networking System. Show less

  - Produced 6 short films over an 8 week span, working with children aged 6-12. Wrote, directed, filmed and editedeach piece personally, all while teaching students the ins and out of film production and short-form story telling.- Created additional promotional piece utilizing AVID Media Composer, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Media Encoderfor company subsidiary Screams In A Box.
