May 2005 - Jul 2009Manage and supervise all aspects of the ebanking channels, ATMs and Card solutions, Cheque book processing, Utility bills collections and the mail and parcel function of the bank. I Spearheaded the setup and rollout of ATMs and Money gram services at 11 new DFCU Bank branches and I was the Operations team lead that executed the Bankom interbank switch project implementation which was a big success as the lead bank in the country on this project. Manage and supervise all operational aspects of the bank's ATM network in delivery of quality service to the customers.Some of my achievements included;- Enhanced the ATM operations unit structure and process flows- Developed key control responsibilities for ATM Operations staff- Was the operations lead on the project team that migrated the bank from the DDC ATM platform to the NDC/NCR platform within the agreed project timelines.
