  1.Transfer the drawings of General Motors to the format used in the company, including translating the techinical requirements into Chinese. By communicating with customers or referring to the related standards, complete the information transfer from our customers to our process designers, such as mechanical properties and finish type& requirements. 2.Follow the progress of the new products in the factory and resolve the problem in the developing process by communicate with related departments and staff. Mainly in charge of manufacture and sample& files submission of the 15 products of Epsilon and Delta project of GM global,SGM and their suppliers. Also take charge of developing approval 4 products of SGM E11 project, 2 nuts of SGM NUT projects. Complete the SGM's other development project as the leader in the plant side, such as E10, D11,D10 and one wheel nut project.3.Submit the GP11 files and samples & PPAP files and samples to SQE of GM global for approval. Submit the GP11 files and samples to SGM for GP11 approval; submit the electronical files to the EP system for PPAP approval. Make flow chart, PFMEA and control plan. Submit the material report to GM, SGM& other company in the IMDS system. 4.When applying for GMW3179, GMW3359 and GMW3044 production line, make some translations of PFMEA, Flow Chart and Control Plan. Submit test samples. 5.Control the quality of the new products in every process, assess and submit to the customers. 6.Communicate with the engineers of customers to talk about some problems about drawings, technology of manufacturing and processing, and technical issues of surface treatment. 7. Complete the development and mass production of standard and nonstandard bolts and nuts of Ford, Guangzhou Automotive Group and Bydeg. 8. Be proficient in using Excel, Word and Powerpoint, aslo using UG and Catia transfer the 3D mold to CAD drawings. Show less

  1, Support the new products development and release the pilot run (international projects, the market and design is in USA). Make the process audit at the supplier factory. Draw up the hazardous substance test and control and implement per Bosch guideline. Push forward the supplier to submit the PAR per project requirement. Implement ISIR approval. 2, Support the cost reduction and release the pilot run. 3, Deal with customer complaint independently, including identify the issue and initiate an 8D, and then follow up and verify. Coordination ability and leadship. 4, Initiate corrective action and have supplier finish it and submit for the rejection. Follow up and verify to help supplier to improve the corrective action. 5, Follow and analyze the after sales service data to make some potential improvements on the products. 6, Collect and analyze the PPM data, bring forward the improving requirement when the performance of PPM is above the target limit. 7, Lead the PFMEA analysis and improvement for the assembly line of the products and help build a stable process control. 8, Support the buyers to deal with some work in the project. 9, Provide the management of purchasing department with supplier development suggestion according to the audit and observation at supplier side. 10, To the buyout products, mainly on buyout supplier quality mangement. To the component parts, mainly on part supplier quality management to support the plant production. 11, The main customers are the big supermarkets, such as Lowe's, Walmart, Home deport, True Value, ACE and so on. 12, Have very well insight to the responsibilities of the different departments, the flow of project development, and the supplier management and the audit.
