   Coordinate with inspectors to perform in line with RFI for Material receiving, Stringing based on KM marking, Pipe cold bending, Welding, NDT and Filed weld joints external FBE coating Inspections. Monitoring the sequences of welding and Internal coating activity for the Condensate Lateral Lines and ensure the Pre cleaning prior to welding and application of APCS102B by Robotic application method and final visual inspection.  Monitor the welding rejection rate for project against welders based on project specification. Raise Technical Queries to Client for as when required. Conduct the Weekly Quality toolbox meeting with the Quality staff and the construction crews to resolve the technical / Quality issues. Conducting Toolbox meeting with Quality staff and Construction crews to eliminate the quality issues and resolve the discrepancies. Final dossier review and completion of guidance of certification process. Attending weekly Quality meeting with Company & Sub Contractor execute the action accordingly. Preparing ‘Monthly Quality Management report’ and updating the Project Quality Index which are submitting to Saudi Aramco. Coordinate the inspection activities of Removal of existing Internals, modify the existing Support Rings and Bolting Bars as per new vendor drawings.
