      Created training that was implemented to the entire enterprise based on data collected on a daily basis. Was able to drive the company to go from an attrition rate of nearly 150% to a less than 50% rating with a new way of creating a culture and maintaining it. Negotiated with many departments and was able to guide leadership to new processes of handling on-boarding and ongoing education for the enterprises 15K employees. versaw a new group of new hires every 4 weeks. Personally guided them from on-boarding to success on the floor.
