  Currently driving forward EU Sort Agile Release Train (ART) within IT Sort Systems domain. EU Sort ART comprises of over 100 team members from within FedEx and our vendor partners; Infosys,, Mphasis, Eviden, Atos and AccentureI collaborate with product managers, product owners supporting demand capturing, prioritisation and refinement activities.I organize and facilitate program-level events, such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Coach/PO/ART Sync, and System Demos where teams define objectives, identify dependencies, and create actionable plans for the upcoming PI.I actively engage with stakeholders, including business owners, executives, and customers, to gather feedback, address concerns, and manage expectations and backlogs using SAFe-specific artifacts such as the Program Backlog and the Solution Backlog.I monitor the progress of the ART and its teams toward achieving their PI objectives, leveraging on metrics such as Program Predictability Measure (PPM) and Flow Metrics to track value delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
