  • Make schedule plant to our target.• Perform make a new concept for a design equipment. Such as, power pack frame engine, conveyor skimmer, support RIB(Rubber inflatable Boat), support optopus skimmer, support frame pump, rolle and ramp oil boom, handel flange, vacuum skimmer, ped eye, gear with rasion dgree engine.• Calculation flow analysis, Finite analysis elemen, Load test analysis and linier or non linier analysis ( use manual or software such as Autodesk Nastran)• Do design works by implementing standard (BIS, ISO and ASTM)• Make it BOM (Bill of Material) and Fabrication detail design.• Design use Autodesk Inventor, Autocad, Shrap 3D and Solidworks.• Discussing and solving / troubleshooting complex problem with manufacture team.• Perform maintenance such as diesel engine 25 kw – 50 kw, danfoss hydraulic pump, screw pump, DOP pump, GTA pump, valve and instrumentation, rotating and static equipment, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic power and istalation, so that there is no damage or trouble when used during the project.• Our customers (Pertamina EP, Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan, ENI, HCML, Mubadala Energy, EMCL, ect).• Conduct inspection project to find out the constraints of the tool in its performance and reliability such as :• Maintenance OSRE (oil spill respone equipment) at NPCT1 project.• Maintenance OSRE at Eni Norht Ganal Project.• Team Lead Maintenance OSRE at Eni Bontang and handil Project.• Team Lead Maintenance OSRE at HCML Sapudi Island Project• PIC Wettdirll OSRE at KBS Proejct.• Maintenace OSRE at PHM Offshore Project.• Maintenace OSRE at PHM Offshore Project.
