  Our project utilized Salesforce as the front end, leveraging its robust features to interact with AWS services and enhance customer experience. Through the integration of Salesforce with AWS, facilitated by Java-based API calls, we implemented a seamless data exchange mechanism. This integration was achieved using Salesforce Remote Settings, Custom Settings, and Named Credentials, ensuring secure and efficient communication between the two platforms.A key aspect of our project was the utilization of Salesforce's Einstein Chatbot to enhance customer support and engagement. We integrated the chatbot functionality to enable users to check order statuses, determine eligibility for promotions, and access loyalty program benefits. Leveraging Salesforce's powerful automation capabilities, we implemented logic to retrieve data from the database and determine whether customers were eligible for promotional codes based on predefined criteria.Furthermore, we developed an internal support chat system within Salesforce to facilitate communication between store agencies, enhancing collaboration and problem-solving capabilities within the organization. This internal chat system streamlined communication channels, improving efficiency and productivity for store personnel.To ensure seamless deployment of changes across environments, we implemented Git-based version control and utilized GitHub Actions for continuous integration and deployment. This enabled us to automate the deployment process, from the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment to production, ensuring consistency and reliability in our deployments. Show less

  Several services were developed to be added to the NestJS platform. These services handled incoming traffic, communicated with providers, and carried out business logic operations, using Kafka as the messaging layer. constructed the necessary AWS infrastructure, including the API Gateway, EC2 instance hosting, containerized apps hosted with Fargate and additional tools to manage platform authorization and host services Salesforce was used in the analysis and design of a case management system, together with completely containerized Nest.JS apps operating in ECS Fargate, S3 buckets for attachment storage, and Aurora Postgres for batch processing and batch status storage.Oversaw a group of five software engineers who were each working on a separate aspect of the solution. The team completed the complicated product on schedule with few rework requests. constructed the whole Dev-Ops infrastructure to route logs into Datadog, Splunk, and other logging storage and build CI/CD on the platform. developed and moved several internal customer conversion procedures to allow the development of credit applications from external systems using REST API architecture, allowing the business to market the creation of applications and add a source of income.• Using Apex Classes, Triggers, and other Salesforce-related admin and development tools, business logic for the credit process was developed within Salesforce.Added a number of features to the platform that were already part of the Salesforce capabilities to allow a very big company to work with significantly faster wait times for API requests and other operations that could be abstracted away. Show less In a separate endeavor, we embarked on developing a groundbreaking tokenized investment platform using a synergy of Salesforce and AWS technologies. Our platform facilitated investor access to tokens representing ownership stakes in international roads, entitling them to a share of toll revenue. Investors could seamlessly purchase tokens through our platform, with Salesforce serving as the backbone for managing the entire token sale lifecycle.Utilizing Hedera Hashgraph for tokenization, we ensured the security and transparency of token transactions. Additionally, we integrated robust KYC (Know Your Customer) verification processes into the platform, leveraging Salesforce's native capabilities to authenticate and validate investor identities.
