      Within my position I have gained a vast amount of experience from the pratical element of the role. I have gained a greay amount of knowledge or many mental and physical difficulties and disablility. I am currently trained in Autism awareness, mentoring, administration, mental health, learning difficulties and disabilities as well as first aid. Within my current role as an educational support worker I assist individuals suffering from dyspraxia, depression and physical blindness.       I have participated in the Teesside University Psychology Conference in 2014 and again in 2015. In 2014 I participated in presenting my undergraduate dissertation research via a powerpoint presentation. I gained a aray of knowledge from this experience as it greatly improved my confidence in public speaking.In 2015 I presented my Forensic Psychology MSc dissertation proposal via a poster presentation. This presentation waa a completely different experience compared to the previous year as the presentation was more a question and answer session. This gave me a chance is improve the way I answer various question; thus I gained experience in how to profeasionally answer various questions in a stressful 'hotspot' situation. Show less
