  2021:Lead engineer for exploration well with high CO2 that require drilling through carbonate to access shallow clastic & chert basement below carbonate. Successfully optimized drilling BHA for clastic/chert drilling & penetrated tight geological target with minimal directional tools.2022:Lead engineer for highly challenging & high complexity production wells in Peninsular Malaysia with risks of wellbore instability & differential sticking. Successfully optimized well design architecture mid operation to minimize wellbore risks while still achieving well delivery as per timeline. The well design methodology was incorporated as part of blueprint for drilling highly depleted sands for future wells.2023:Lead engineer for fast paced gas injector well. Show less 2014 - 2015:Worked on bit selection database to improve bit selection criteria. Created custom SQL query & form using Microsoft Access to interface with Landmark SQL server which can instantly pull all relevant data from the server and presented the results in standard bit records. Created local database records to assist surplus tracking & utilization across PCSB operation2015-2016:Worked on Clastic exploration well with narrow margin in Sarawak waters. Successfully drilled through narrow margin well without MPD by focusing on mud rheology & hole cleaning practices.2016-2017:Worked on Carbonate exploration well in Sarawak water. Successfully implemented CWD Level 3 surface section to avoid shallow gas while still able to penetrate shallow targets. With this approach, higher inclination & more complex 3D trajectory can be done despite drilling with SW (riserless). Successfully implemented RSS to scratch & set 9-5/8" casing & drill 8.5" into target sand without any issue on shale instability.2017-2018:Worked on High Temperature (HT) Carbonate exploration well in Sarawak waters. Successfully implemented CWD Level 2 riserless to 1100m TVDDF which is longest during that time in PCSB. Successfully drilled into HT carbonate target without major issue & able to conduct DST to ascertain reservoir potential.2019-2020:Worked on Narrow Margin HPHT well. Successfully presented Well Design Concept with feasibility model on the well. Highlighted on the high risk of drilling & production testing due to high pressure (20 ppg). Due to narrow margin & high ECD with 20 ppg MW, MPD is considered to supply overbalance margin on the statically at balance MW.2020-2021:Worked on high complexity exploration well with high temperature with H2S. Successfully expedited well delivery by well architecture optimization to manage Annular Pressure Buildup (APB) with detailed engineering & risk assessment in place. Show less
