  Technical Solutions is a team on 10 Consultants and Developers who solve business problems by crafting custom code that compliments Halogen's existing product offerings. As a team, we market, sell, code and deliver dozens of these services per week. We largely focus on integration, custom reporting and automation.Hired, coached and developed a team of ten employees composed of web developers, database specialists and customer facing consultants. Built a robust team with a balanced skillset. Primary technologies were Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server.Brought order to the team by instituting Agile practices, including SCRUM. Coded a scalable, maintaining framework for deployment of small, integrated apps using Node, Angular (JavaScript), MongoDB and hosted using AWS Services.Became an Agile Coach for the department.
