      Working for Shazam I was brought in as the point of contact for all IT issues. 1st priority was to resolve wireless network issues which was done by replacing all WAPs with new devices and configuring them so that there was coverage through out the office. The second priority was to finish the migration of the users from PC laptops to new Airbook Pros and MacBooks. I then performed an inventory of all hardware in the office allowing them to know what assets were there. I also installed all the new routers and switches for the migration to the new network.
