      The main goal for me as Service manager is to add value to the direct banks from Rabobank by providing a reliable production environment and give insight into the status of this production environment, by managing processes and procedures, participating in projects, executing service level management and fulfilling a central IT coordination role. Be the central contact for NZ, DE and BE as well vendors(Boondoggle, Amplexor and BrightOne) and Rabobank international involved departments.My main tasks and responsibilities are:o Ensuring availability of systems and reporting on the IT(IL) policies, processes and procedures.o Perform Service Level Management • Ensure monthly availability of vendor MSR (to relevant stakeholders) • Validate, discuss and sign of monthly vendor service report (MSR) • Participate in tactical vendor meeting • Liaison between IDB, countries and vendor • First escalation point towards vendors for direct banks • Ensure a SLA and support contract with all vendors is in place, up to date and adhered to • Take appropriate action based on analysis of achieved and agreed service levels with vendors • Use service level analysis as a basis for measures to improve service quality of vendors • Evaluate vendor performance based on KPI and SLM metrics and monthly surveyso Central IT coordination: • Provide and maintain the release calendar cross platform for NZ, DE and BE • Implementation of changes • Continuous improvement of IT processes & services • Planning and coordination of infra structure changes • Point of escalation for production incidents • Member of the change advisory board • Owner of the IT and Operations Meeting • Organize the yearly vulnerability and DoS testso Project participation: • Setup acceptance criteria and agreed upon project initiation • Stream lead of large projects to ensure all acceptance criteria are met before go-live • Align project planning with the release calendar Show less Team manager Test and Release Mangement at the Risk IT department at Rabobank InternationalThis group existed of two separate groups which were test analysts and release managers. .The Test group existed of approx. 34 people which was a combination of internal and external employees who participated in various projects.My role as team manager was a combination of HR and test expertise, both to improve people and way of working.I was responsible together with the other team managers to organize and implement new ways of working, improve intern relationships between teams i.e. development as well to improve departmental communication.In this period as team manager the organization shifted from a Waterfall to a more Agile way of working which needed a different approach from the testers.       Rabobank International setup a new branch in Mumbai, India. The applications that were implemented needed testing. For this we consulted an Indian company Thinksoft to performing the application tests. My role as test manager was to setup and agree on test strategy, plan and monitor progress as well report to the involved parties.
