      As an Assistance Manager for New Product Development at CEAT TYRE Ltd, I have been responsible for various tasks such as designing and executing the Tread, Sidewall, and Apex profile of PCR & LMR sizes, preparing plant specifications, ensuring adherence to timelines for new product releases in domestic and European markets, and conducting defect proving trials and uniformity improvement trials for NPD sizes.I have implemented and improved projects for process and product consistency, strengthened the manufacturability and NPI process through SOP, machine specification linkage establishment, and proactive preparations, and derived specifications for design changes and tyre building machine changes.I have also iterated OE sku's, calculated specs, and made design changes according to testing failure, conducted R&D Pre-Development Trials, developed new processes, used a breakthrough project RRC variation reduction CFT approach, and conducted IATF Audit, OEM-PPAP Audit, TQM, DFMEA, QFD, and DOE analysis for product performance. Additionally, I have been responsible for the development and release of sizes for various automobile companies such as Mahindra & Mahindra, TATA, Hyundai, LTR, and Europe. Show less
