  - Develop and maintain understanding of the local markets and, on an as needed basis, assist in compilation/updating of marketing spreadsheets which has a cross functional impact (backlog and revenue forecast), fleet status report etc.- Assist in tender strategy – making Borr as competitive as possible in tender submissions, whilst ensuring continuous improvements to tender processes.- Plan, organize and be accountable for preparation of the technical components of the tender (in coordination with the tendering manager and taking into consideration the customer template prescribed in the tender).- Conduct technical gap analysis for rig equipment and contract specifications and lead sourcing of cost estimates for compliance with tender requirements.- Build high level project plans in MS Project for submission with the tender for rig mobilisation and upgrade timelines. - Prepare cost models based on mobilisation plans, technical gap analysis of the rig and operational requirements. - Review ITT and specifically highlight cost impact with regards to Responsibility Matrix and other technical exhibits/annexures for rig contracts.- Ensure that technical content of tender submissions is accurate and factual.- When required and following correct protocol, engage with other business areas to gather required information and first-hand experience.- Conduct technical gap analysis and identify potential issues between chosen rig and required scope of work.- Liaise with rig organizations/technical support to ensure IADC equipment list, short specification sheets and technical documentation of the fleet is accurate for dissemination.- Review rig compliance with tender required standards (API, MODU, or similar nature) and recommendations to seek clarification/exception while maintaining a compliance tracker for the regional rig fleet.- Assistance with QHSE reviews for ITT where requested Show less
