  In summer 2018, I took an internship position at Marketing and Production Department of CCTV.COM. I led and trained a group of 5 people to create 20+ posters promoting CCTV new-release documentary, created and launched a series of 30+ trailers for CCTV main programs and documentaries via Final Cut Pro X, drafted news articles and opinion pieces for CCTV online social networks on a daily basis, and attended stakeholder meetings biweekly to collect feedback and adjust marketing strategies.

  Tao's Beauty is a local startup in Boston area. I operated online and physical stores to gain more than $30,000 sales monthly. To build brand awareness, I collaborated with the marketing team and expanded the customer size by 15%. I also developed and maintained customer relationships with more than 20 customers in 6 months. I was responsible for composing social media posts for the brand on a daily basis.
