  During the internship, I had the great chance to join the student exchange program in NUA (Nagoya University of Arts) and had fantastic design experience with the Dean, school of design (Mr WADA Yoshiyuki) and his students.In Hayashi Telempu, I was involved in learning car parts design and manufacturing process. Together with their new designers, we were tasked to design a product to give to the car buyer. The product has to serve as a car certificate holder as well as a usable/ portable item. The whole exercise is concentrating on concept, culture, functions and process, rather than the end product. Show less

  Joining Nippecraft as a senior Product and Industrial designer, the main job scope is to lead 1 senior designer and 1 Junior design to identify trends, direction and product development under a department manager (non Design). Shortly within half a year, I am raise up to be the head of department to lead the Product & Development team. Soon our team grew from 2 designers to current 4 designers and 1 prototype specialist. our team consist of Product designers, Fashion designs and mainly graphic designers. we share knowledge and impact each other. The team has grown strong under me technically and creatively. With the opportunity to work with a new brand and marketing manager, we had created a new premium brand. The born of the Brand is an important mile stone for me, where Branding, Marketing, Sourcing, Oversee production and Quality assurance is all within my Job Scope. The experience is priceless. We are continuing to work as a team to develop more Exciting & Creative prints and product designs. Show less
