  Always one to think the grass was greener on the other side of the fence, I established Import Car Care Center in 1976. While I was a great technician, a pretty good salesman and an expert at customer service my knowledge of running a business was lacking. The company grew to revenue of over 1 million dollars annually by 1982. Along the way I think I made and recovered from every business mistake that was possible. But as they say, the school of hard knocks is the best teacher. To this day I retain that knowledge and use it to guide our customers. Show less

  Olaf Solutions

  Systems Engineer

  With my service and repair background in the automotive industry, I was instrumental in moving Olaf Solutions to the sales and service of hardware. This allowed the customer to have a single call for problems with their technology. As we became more involved we began establishing partnerships with the major venders in the computer Industry. Most of these partnerships included requirements for training, which I successfully completed. Our first hardware partnership was with Wyse technology. From there it grew to include SCO Caldera, AT&T, NCR, HP Okidata, MultiTech and Microsoft. We deployed the first multiprocessor WYSE 9000 Server in a multi-location environment in New Orleans. This company had 60+ users over 8 states. As technology changed through the years I have continued the Training and Certifications to assure not only that I was on the cutting edge but was able to make sure that our customers had the best possible service possible.
