  This is were I started my path into the auto field. I started here as a basic lube tech and worked my way up into something beyond entry level. After working on Honda and Gmc for a few years I wanted a little more of a challenge. When I decided on looking for a different line of car's my first choice was Ferrari but just could not seem to get the chance to get my dream job. Then I found a Land-rover and Jaguar dealership were I was able to land a postion.

  This is were it all started for my path down a British car line. When I first started I did not know what to think these car's are so much different than most make's. At the time I started it was a full shop with a lot of smart technician's who were not afraid to teach me as much as possible. I had a very smart and wise shop-forman. After working on this brand now for seven year's I can not think of any other brand I would want to work for. Over the last seven year's my skill's for the automotive field have gone beyond my thought, and will keep growing as time goe's on. Show less

  JAGUAR LAND-ROVER SHOP FORMAN

  When I first started here after this new dealership opened I was just a Technician. Then as time went on the service director and I had a talk about a shop-forman position. I thought it would be something different and advance my skill's past the point of just fixing car's. I have been in this position now for one year and five month's and have grown as a person and a team leader. I have been challenged at time's to correct and teach certain aspect's within my team in the shop. My shop is currently rate # 7 in the nation for fixed right the first time on land-rover side and that is not a easy task with this brand of car's. Each and every day I come to work I enjoy what I do and respect every one as they respect myself and give every one 100% and expect the same out of them. When working on car's I allways treat the car as if it was my own or if it was my mom's car. Marin luxary car's was a great place to work at and I am very thank full to have worked for the price family can not say enough about this dealership and what it gave me. Show less
