Grading and editing Comcast orders for fellow data entry agents in the Greater Chicago Region.I was still responsible for entering orders for Comcast Representatives in the Greater Chicago, Florida and Heartland Regions. Sales data was entered for Direct Sales Comcast Representatives in the Florida Region. This included transferring accounts from one location to another without supervisor intervention. Customers across the United States were contacted by phone calls to confirm their Xfinity Home Security Orders.Inbound calls were still a part of my job when I was in the Chicago region. Entering orders for Comcast retail, direct sales and business partners within the Greater Chicago and Heartland Regions.I was placed in both regions due to my ability to handle a large call volume and due to the Heartland region needing well qualified agents and higher staff. Monitoring the work and attendance of agents. My responsibilities were to monitor the incoming calls live side-by-side and completed calls. Each call was graded and sent to the agent and director of all inbound operations. The attendance was monitored and recorded. Coaching was also part of the duties. Sales orders were entered for Comcast Retail, Direct Sales and Contractor representatives in the Greater Chicago Region. Part time inbound Chicago Region.
