      In my PhD project, I worked on forcefield parameterization of polyethylene oxide (PEO) and polypropylene oxide (PPO) based amphiphilic triblock co-polymers (Pluronics) and studied their interaction with lipid bilayer using MD simulation methods. With the help of unconstrained simulation methods (steered MD simulation and umbrella sampling method), I studied their percolation through lipid bilayer. I also studied the efficiency of Pluronic as a carrier for hydrophobic drugs and its interaction with proteins and peptides. Show less
