      My role was to organize education programs and business events (from 5 to 450 participants) for leaders, CEO, business managers, HR professionals, and business educators. I supported a number of elements that all contribute to the smooth-running and successful event. In my experience, the successful business event management requires a combination of empathy for what modern organization needs and excellent organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills. Selected organized events: •Slovenian HR Congress: 450+ participants and 2 days for the hottest HR trends, 20+ speakers & 15+ sponsors•HR&M Conference: 10+ speakers & 120+ attendees and 8 hours of highlighting the importance of interlacement and active cooperation between top management and HR professionals •Edutainment: two-day interactive and creative event for business educator ( 80+ participants) with 15+ speakersHR&M magazine is a magazine for CEOs, leaders and HR professionals. Contributions are prepared by renowned Slovenian and international experts. It is read by more than 1000 companies. My tasks as a co-editor of magazine: content planning & generating ideas, working with authors (sending regular briefs that include deadlines, writing styles), approving content, creating ads, updating digital platform and creating, posting social media content.
