  Maneja is manufacturing High voltage induction motors of 3.3KV, 6.6KV, 11KV & capacity up to 3000KW.Ensure the conformance to quality for fabricated and machined components, forgings, raw material, insulation, incoming, in-process and final inspection at vendor end and at shop according to given standard and QAP.Familiar with all types of measuring instruments like Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Dial Gauge, Slip gauges, Height gauge, Coating Thickness instrument, Depth Gauge, Surface roughness tester, Core loss tester, Conductivity tester, etc.Familiar with some electrical instruments like HV tester, Resistance meter, Insulation resistance tester, Surge tester.Final inspection of winding of motor before resin treatment process, witness of electrical test carry out on the winding of motor and witness of voltage break down test for the copper strip at vendor end as well as performing test at shop.Final as well as in-process inspection of the stator and winding.In process inspection of the brazing, turning, assembly, painting and winding making operation as per approved work instruction.Inspection of the incoming goods as per QAP and daily monitoring of the Good receipt in SAP and maintain the target KPI.Witness of Mechanical tests like tensile test, Bend test, Impact and Hardness test and Ultrasonic tests at third party Laboratories..Review of BOM, Drawings, In-process instruction & Review of supplier test reports as per standard/specification.Reporting First Pass yield, and on time delivery.Monitoring calibration of measuring instrument, Analysis and monitoring of NCR as per ISO 9001-2000 Show less
