  -RPA UiPath Installation and set up the environment.-RPA UiPath life cycle implementation for example Requirement gathering collaborating with all stakeholders, Bot development, Testing, implementation and maintenance-Reframework template, dispatcher and performer Bot implementation and Operation-RPA UiPath process workflow bot deployment-Expertise in Orchestrator for example, asset, queue, machine robot, process etc-Provide technical support for 10 applications xPression, Captiva, Magnolia, RPA UI Path, SharePoint, CRM, AKB, Unica, EPMO and Pedagogue by closely working with Client, back operations and CC team to meet their day to day requirements. -Involve in development/Support of new business requirements (CR’s). -Perform Vulnerability analysis & fixes for critical applications and ensure zero critical vulnerabilities on IT critical systems. -Involve in application upgrade and patch upgrade to make sure my all applications component’s end of service not expired and update is done before expiry and critical security related patch upgrade on priority.-Involve in analysis, design and fixing of defects identified in existing systems.-Involve in incident/Ticket Management from high priority incident to low priority incidents resolution-Involve in Change management process to present the deck and provide the update to client and all stakeholders to get approvals and get this fixed done in lower environment and promote to production environment-Participate in regulatory audit to provide evidences to Auditors. -Analysing the existing process for any performance improvements to improve Operational Efficiency. -Coordinate with vendors for any high priority issues with applications -Provide information to Client for any adhoc service / data requests--Coordinate with BO, CC team and Client in case of any issues / Incidents / SR / Process Improvements.-Software license management of My applications to make sure applications are license compliant.
