      As Stock Control Manager I oversee the data input and analysis of all company owned stores weekly stock takes. Maintain recipes/formulas and set up new items/products on the stocks system, reconcile weekly sales, cash etc figures and produce various reports showing performance of each store. As an assistant manager I supervise the running of shifts, ensuring correct output and maintaining standards and procedures. I am responsible for all monies on my shift and any customer complaints that arise.Responsibility for ensuring hygiene standards are maintained and adhered to.I am also responsible for the continuing training of employees.
