I was recognized by management for my high quality and efficiency KPI’s, where I was chosen to obtain ISO 9001 certification. Upon completion, I worked with a team to document work instruction and area procedures. Up until that point, there were no existing process documents, only hands-on knowledge passed amongst employees.
