I was required to contact and work alongside the operational and training teams to ensure the information was accurate.   Project Management Internship

  I managed two independent projects in warehouse racking solutions and warehouse picking solutions. I developed and tested the solutions. I created several spreadsheets which were used to test and evaluate data. I discussed updates and progress in weekly conference calls in which I answered questions received feedback and I also presented my solutions to the operational team. The projects were successful and the racking solution is in use in several locations within the warehouse. I supported the implementation of a media tracking project in Manchester. I did admin tasks for the project which included building and distributing introductory label packs for approximately 400 Costa stores. I identified and contacted all stores that had not displayed their media tracking labels as required and arranged for them to receive a new pack. Show less
