      As a co-founder of the Tri-Titans brand, it was my duty to ensure the company stayed true to the reason it was founded. To Inspire young athletes to chase the highest level of achievements in athletic competition, the highest marks in scholastic and academics, as well as be a positive beacon of inspiration to their community.My graphic design, photography, social media, and copy writing skills were all put to the test as we marketed into a tight niche market, youth and high school wrestling. I've also taken my experiences from my past two workplaces to lead our team in product design and development. I lead a team of 5 Graphic Designers, work directly alongside our CEO, as well as with the production team to deliver products that our customers love and appreciate.We also manage a scholar/athlete support program to give kids a goal and motivation to reach certain marks. The O3T program has positively impacted many youth in the wrestling community. From teaching kids respect for their opponents to pushing others to train harder to reach higher podium spots, and most importantly driving them to have a higher standard in school. My personal favorite is the story of a wrestler who went from a 1.0gpa his junior year to a 3.75gpa his senior year, all through the positive re-enforcement from our staff and program!
